Redemption
When we think of the word redemption we associate it with God and the life changing experience we have when we repent and turn to Him. Ultimately redemption is a second chance, rebirth and new beginning. We have applied that process to the houses we choose in hopes that they have a second chance for a family to love them, have a new beginning and new life.

The process in picking the houses we renovate have a lot to do with location and appeal to future home owners but the main reason we do what we do is to give the house redemption. Have you ever taken a drive down a neighborhood and noticed an abandoned house? Curiosity has you wondering what happened and why it was left vacant. Whatever the reason may be, just like people every house has a story and when we look for our projects we keep that in mind. This process is very personal to us. When we are able to look back at the before and after pictures of what was saved and what was salvaged and made better; so many emotions are felt. That is just the same as when we reflect on our "old" self once we are new again. In my opinion, the houses that need the most love or "saving" make the best renovation stories. Then when it comes time for us to hand over the key to the new owners; every family is just as special and unique as the renovation process. It warms our hearts to serve the Ennis community in our effort not only to #BeautifyEnnis, but to make a new beginning to a very deserving family.
