S. Mckinney Flat

This property fell on some tough luck with a fire. We used that as an opportunity to really turn this property around. The interior has a New York Flat appeal with crisp colors and original hardwood floors!

Lampasas Abode

This property is a family heirloom. With our grandmother/great grandmother living in this home for over 50 years and rearing all of her children there, we made it our goal to bring the life back to it. This pad just needed a little face lift! We were able to update it and keep it in our family once the process was complete. 

Clay Street Cottage

This little starter home was one of our favorites because it was a complete gut job. We had a lot of fun rerouting the original floor plan making more accessible for a family to live in. It is located on the corner of Clay and Park Street in Ennis, Texas. 

Lynn Court Ranch

Located a few blocks from Austin Elementary in Ennis, Texas. This project was close to our heart because it was located right next door to my childhood home. Once our neighbors moved on we knew we had to have this property. We were able to give it a more "Modern" look and we love it!

Preston Street Bungalow

This home was a complete diamond in the rough when we started it. The location is absolutely prime but no one had loved on it for a while. The outcome was pretty spectacular and the couple that bought it agreed!
